Assessment Results

Academic History

Best Works

  • Includes 8-10 items, one of which is a research paper/project/product that demonstrates research skills.
  • Best works should aslo inlcude information about each item  such as the class it was created for, date created, and a sentence or two explaining why it's a best works.
  • Art work should include an artist statement.

Achievements

Up to four pages (back to back counts as two pages) are included.

Letters of Recommendation

Minimum of one, but no more than three letters are included.  Only one is from a teacher/student perspective.

Resume

Resume is presented in a good format with all important information included:  personal, work, volunteer experience, skills and references.

 13th Year Plan

Plan is complete with appropriate goals.

 Reflection Paper

Reflective paper is included.  Grammar, organization and content are appropriate.

Service Learning

Documentation of least 75 hours of community service and one page reflection paper.

Job or College Application
